1. General Policy
All payments made to Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI for the services, products, subscriptions, or any form of digital or technology-based solutions provided via our platform are strictly non-refundable once paid. Users must thoroughly evaluate and understand our offerings and terms before making any payments.
2. No Refund Clause
Once payments are completed, Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI does not offer refunds, credits, adjustments, or exchanges for any service or subscription.
Payments for subscriptions, memberships, plans, Superscores, research content, recommendations, trend analysis, market insights, or any proprietary information or content, once completed, are considered final.
3. Double Payments & Transaction Errors
In cases where an accidental double payment or multiple unintended payments are made by the user due to technical glitches, payment gateway issues, or processing errors:
Users must immediately notify Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI within 7 business days from the date of payment via the registered support email or communication channel with evidence of the transaction.
Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI will thoroughly verify and investigate the issue.
Upon successful verification of double or unintended payments, only the excess amount will be refunded back to the user's original mode of payment within 15 business days after completion of verification.
4. Payment Gateway & Bank Failures
Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI explicitly disclaims all liabilities arising from payment gateway issues, bank transaction failures, processing errors, digital transfer inaccuracies, or technical glitches from third-party providers. However, reasonable cooperation will be provided to assist the user in resolving such cases directly with the involved payment gateway provider or banking institution.
5. Changes & Modifications to Refund Policy
Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI reserves the right to alter, modify, update, or amend this Refund Policy at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
Users are advised to periodically review the refund policy to stay updated on any changes.
6. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any dispute or issue regarding refunds and payment discrepancies will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
The user explicitly agrees to this jurisdictional clause by making any payments to Tradonomy and Tradonomy AI.
